The Blizzard Has Hit!

This was taken mid morning.

Today I got a lot of laundry done...(What if we lose power?...gotta get that done!) I put a roast in this morning and we had open face sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy. Good and warm comforting food. We made brownies and I've made two batches of Wassail in the past two days. The boys are not that crazy about "hot juices" but we girls are loving it. And tonight we are watching Phoebe and Harley romp. It's too cold for Harley to stay out in her house and so they are our entertainment tonight. It's like having two toddlers in the house. Here is a taste of their antics....

Darb was busy today....Visit her blog sometime....she loves fashion and makeup and playing around with the camera. Today was Color Brigade Tuesday and she decided to be her own photographer! Oh my! I think it went something like....Set the camera on the table, run out the deck door, turn around, pose, and door blows shut and locks you out.

Have a great Wednesday! Punxsutawney Phil will be showing up tomorrow for the annual Shadow Show. My bet is that he WILL see his shadow and we WILL have 6 more weeks of winter! It may take us 6 weeks to thaw out from this blizzard!
Stay warm, stay cozy, and be safe.
